Dear friends....
As we bid farewell to 2020 I wanted to send a message of appreciation to all of you who have supported us this year. Weirdly it's been one of the best years we've ever had in terms of sales and new folks discovering the label... so, a deep and heart-felt 'thank you' goes out to all of you.
Back in March, when the troubles that this year held for everyone were really brewing, we felt like this was going to be a long-term situation and that we needed to think fast, outside the box and look to the future. I'm thankful to the artists we have worked with this year that they were open to the many different possibilities we threw around to try and get the releases to work despite touring being impossible for everyone.
Being a small, independent, DIY label has it's struggles and limitations but it's in times like this when the benefits of being light on your feet, open to change and having the ability to adapt and move quickly really are important. Together with our artists we have done all of these things this year.
Our 100th release was also a massive success. It was a big project to put the thing together but fully worth the effort! Thanks for all the kind messages and compliments that have been landing in our inbox for this one.
2021 is here and we have most of the year mapped out already with some wonderful new artists joining the roster and some old favourites delivering new music.
Love and light and hope for brighter days ahead...
