The Cry is a new improvising trio comprised of Christine Ott (Ondes Martenot, piano), Mathieu Gabry (keyboards, effects) and Pierre-Loïc Le Bliguet (drums, percussion). On June 15th Gizeh will release their debut, self-titled album. This recording was created in November 2022 and it falls somewhere between avant-garde jazz, krautrock and progressive instrumental music.
Bleaklow is made of Claire Knox and Richard Knox (A-Sun Amissa / Shield Patterns etc). The duo create distorted and billowing songs from fractured melodies and crumbling ambient drones.
Trio Not Trio is a series of five releases fromAidan Baker (Nadja,Hypnodrone Ensembleetc) Available individually, as part of a subscription or as a limited edition box set. Canadian (but Berlin-based) guitarist Baker began the Trio Not Trio project in 2022 as a series of improvisational recording sessions wherein Baker played in person as a duo with another Berlin-based musician then sent those recordings to an international musician to add a third part to complete the trio.
